Abstract

In this paper is presented a preliminary study on the complex building B-C-H of Büyükkale. A
collection of cuneiform tablets was found there. In the past scholars put forward several hypotheses
about the function of these buildings, but they did not seem completely convincing. It is possible that
at least in one of the buildings there was a scriptorium and possibly a scribal school
