Abstract
The first excavation campaign at Tell el-Maskhuta was carried out along the walls of the site. The
surveys have yielded the pottery presented here, coming from the Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4. The material is
mainly domestic; the dating of the pottery is from the Late Period and the Ptolemaic Period. It should
be noted also the presence of many fragments of Tell el Yahudiyeh Ware and imported amphorae.
